Well i feel that anyone who could possibly harm us or anyone else just because they can needs to be taken care of. First of course diplomatically and then violently if they don't stop. What i'm saying about the innocents though are the kind that pay the taxes to not get in trouble but would openly welcome freedom. Those are the kind of folks that cheer as the soliders walk through the streets to military compounds. The US isn't there to overthrow Iraq but free it from a power that doesn't care about anything but it's safety.
