Xelloss-sama!

I was just going over the series in my head recently and remembered seeing something peculuar in //SIGN a few episodes back.
It showed some PCs fighting a monster, and one of them was Xelloss from the anime Slayers! I mean, it was so obviously him. Anyone else see this? Same clothes and all.
I'm thinking this means the creators were slayers fans!

But what episode was this? I think I might remember..but I havent seen the episodes lately to remember what exact episode it is.Could you screen cap it maybe?

I wish I could screencap it, but I'm a cartoon network watcher. It was within 4 weeks back, though. We just finished 'castle' last saturday. Maybe if you backtrack..?

Actually, that was the scene, IIRC, where Sora 'came to the rescue' of the PCs fighting a hacked monster.

I noticed that as well, and found it highly amusing. It was likely done on purpose. I've seen some other character look alikes I've pointed out to SOMEONE, but I forget whom >.>;

I'd like to see this. Slayers was my first favorite anime, and Xelloss was one of my favorite characters. Kinda odd for them to put him in there, though. Slayers isn't produced or even really related to any of the companies/studios that produced .hack//SIGN.

I noticed that as well. I don't know which episode it was, but Sora was looking for infomation on Tsukasa at the time.

I think I saw that guy! Yeah it was really funny to see a slayer character in .hack//SIGN!! Remember that in The World you could dress yourself in any dress you want to and may be they put Xellos because he looks a hell lot of a character on the World don't you think?

hm...that looks a bit like xellos, but the hair and eyes are different. Plus, xellos is almost never upset! ^.^

Huh? If his eyes were closed, maybe that might be something, but I think this is just mere coincidence.
