Is .hack//intermezzo worth downloading?

Geez Ryo! I have never heard of .hack//intermezzo! but if you are downloading it and (sometimes this happens) for some reason you just can't see it or hear it, you need to download a program to see the video....sometimes those videos are in japanese so be careful what things you are downloading......
What is happening? I feel pain....My Bracelet is broken!!

i dunno if it's licenced in the US already, but if it is, quote tsukasa: This is not the place for it. I do not want to see it. I don't think the other mods want to see it either. It is illegal and it is known as piracy. I will not allow it happen here, and any posts about such topics will be deleted without warning. This is serious, mind you... Because we are on the good graces of anime companies, that we are even allowed the generosity of having fansubs in the United States. If they decide they don't like it, they can start sending seist and desists to these fansubbers as well... But they look over it because technically, it's not doing them any harm. It's promoting a series they have in Japan.
However... Companies in the US are different. These are people who are paying large amounts of money to bring a series out in the US for the general American public to view at their own leisure. Some of these companies are even making an effort to put some of what we're getting on the big screen.
If you pirate anime from them, you are taking money away from the company, and making it that much harder to bring other things to the US. By this, you are hurting the anime industry in the United States.
Sorry for the lecture, but this is one I've heard a long time ago, and I want to see more new series make it stateside. I don't want to lose these good graces... especially the good graces that we have through Bandai and Cyberconnect to treat the fans as nicely as they do (The Japanese CC webpage actually posts fanart. There are not many companies that do that, now are there? n.n).
Let's keep the fan community going strong, and keep the commercial support for it strong. Thank you.

that was tsukasa's announcement on addmiting to downloading licenced stuffz. Like d/l .hack//sign. That's licenced, so that would be illegal, and it makes it harder to bring anime to the U.S. But i'm reffering to the actual episode, intermezzo.

Intermezzo is simply an extra episode of .hack//SIGN. It has no importance to the plot, but its still a nice thing to watch.

Intermezzo is considered episode 27 and is a flashback of Mimiru and her friend. Read up here http://dothack.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=476
As for Intermezzo being worth the wait when downloading, yes, watching an episode of .hack is worth the wait if you never seen it.

I agree,Intermezzo, may not be the best, but its certainly an ep to watch for any .hack fan out there.I like it,and I found it very interesting to know a little bit about Mimiru's past and this unique character that was considered the best.It would be cool if we could see everyone else's past, but who knows if that will ever happen :/
Intermezzo is NOT episode 27. It is merely an extra episode. If you were to look at the Japanese DVD, it lists Intermezzo, but puts no number with it.End of a Shadow wrote:Intermezzo is considered episode 27 and is a flashback of Mimiru and her friend. Also, the .hackers sorta confirmed this.

ppl! sora said NOT to distribute fan-subs, as seen in the botom of http://dothack.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=476. But if you want a real summary then here:
Bear and Mimiru are walking. They see a crystalized statue. Mimiru recalls why that statue is there. When she was young, she was in 'The World" with some other guy, and they were in the same dungeon that mimiru and bear are in. They opened some chests, got some items, but the male player got greedy, and kept going down in the dungeon. Mimiru was nervous, and they eventually ran into this really big monster. They wer failing at defeating it, until Mimika came along and nearly defeated it. Then it did this weird attack where it kinda self-destructed to defeat Mimika. It turned into crystal as a result. All this time, we occasionaly see these three school girls with their goggles on. All three of them raised the PC Mimika, so that she would be super-strong. Some stuff happens, Mimru realizes that it's three people raising one PC, then they go to a dungeon. There they find a nearly undefeatable enemy. The three girls are discussing what they should do to kill it. They say that they have no regrets, and use the self-destruct/crystalize move. They hit it, and rejoyce. But then it monster falls, and breaks off one of Mimika's arms. The words, "Cannot load PC" flash on the screen, and the girls know it's over. Back to mimiru and bear, they're looking at the Mimika statue, and bear asks what happened to the girls. Mimiru says they graduate from high school, AND graduated from the game.
This is not exact, as I only watched the episode once, then deleated it after hearing that's it's illegal.
