Books of a Thousand

Sorry, Newbie here, but i was wondering if anyone knew how many Books of a Thousand there are. I've got eight. Anyone have any more than that?

There are only 8. I've completed INFECTION and MUTATION, and there are only 8 Ryu Books. BTW, I've unlocked everything in them so far!

That's so funny! That's the last thing I had to do in both volumes to finish the books!

Each game limits the extras you can unlock, but in the next volume, those limits are raised. So when I imported my save from INFECTION to MUTATION, I unlocked 14 movies right away!

lol. i filled up the limit for i think it was Book I or II, (don't rememeber)before i got Mutation and then i went and checked all the Books again (after i finished Mutation)and i could get more stuff from them. wonder why...

When you reach the limit in one of the Ryu Books, it gives you a message like "the limit has been reached for this volume" or something like that. The key words being "this volume". Since they increase the limit in each volume, they don't really need more books.

there should be a book for items...

I always figured that the special look to the 8th one implyed that there was more to come, which looked funky and silver as well...

Doesn't the 8th book look like it has two "G"s on it? I guess it's "G" for "Grunty" or something.

well... normally they wouldn't have just 1 silver colored book.... I figured that meant something...

Nope. Just eight Ryu books. Note that it's _not_ Book of "A Thousand" but Book of 1000.

This is significant, because "1000" is binary for eight.
