Server Symbols (Greek Letters)
Δ Delta
Θ Theta
Λ Lambda
Σ Sigma
Ω Omega
I can't believe it took me so long to remember how to do this! For instance, just type "& Omega ;" (without the spaces) and you get "Ω".

ΘΑΤΣ ΣΟΜΕΘΙΝΓ ΘΑΤ ΗΑΠΠΕΝΣ
As one the collective unifies
emanate a faithless shine
forever creation has conceived
birth of destruction spreads its wings
chaotic rebirth a new domain
relive the sight the sound the pain
erotic the taste of agony
adorn the scars in inhumanity

Yep, Russian is based off of it, as opposed to Latin like most other European languages.ara wrote:Greek was one of the first languages that is still used today.
All the network servers at my school are named after the greek gods(Hermes, Zeus, Nike...)
It's just another way of classifying things. Nothing special about it. Except Greek letters have a sort of "Brain Power" feel to it. Maybe I've just played too much Earthbound(Mother2).
When spoken and written, German sounds and looks cool. However, the only "special" symbols in the alphabet aren't that symbolish or artsy, Greek, however, is. The computer I had from 11-13 was named Odin, and the scanner was Freya, the printer was Loki [it was PURE evil], and the mouse was Slepindir, and my Digicam was Yggdrasil, but I named all my Folders by Greek alphabet. Greek is more titlish and... er, labelish. But Germanic and other various mythological references make better names than they do labels. Or... like Ragnarok Online uses the Ragnarok: Into the Abyss character names as Server names. :3 Also, AFAIK, people don't really know it's based off the German Epitaph.
and god said unto cain, "wow you're pretty stupid."

One of my teachers in College was Greek. Tought Calculus. His accent was cool. He said Hypotenous like "Hee Po Ti Nus".
None of it all matters really. Only that Greek is cool.
