Still no archers. But there's... Knuckle Masters? >_> Both female and male wield tonfa. I guess closest comparison would be to a monk class. I might have remembered the name wrong too. Beh. Don't have magazine on me at the moment (*invading Kite's house*).

In UdeDen Manga Ouka states she's some kind of Fist Fighter... so yes. There's a new class. However, I assume the Archers belong with the Longarm class because of "fighting at long range."

I dont see why not....archers is also a class used every now and then.Ragnarok had them and so did FFT.

There's this great rpg for PS, called, "Legend of Dragoon". Two of the characters are archers.

Having used both spears and long bows myself, I think the point is that "long range attack" isn't enough to compare Long Arms to Archers. Both types of weapons have unique styles that take practice to master, and being skilled at one does not make somebody automatically skilled at the other.

Note: In Final Fantasy Tactics, Archers and Lancers (well, Dragoons) are two different classes.

It just doesn't make sense to me that they'd roll both those classes (archers and long arms) into that one class...

BTW, in the game... can you get any archer stuff for gardenia??

Yes,I do realize that the discussion is over the archers seen in the SIGN episodes,I was just saying that not only is Long arms a long range class type,so is Archers.And I was saying that,it wouldnt be bad putting in archers in the World game itself,since Ragnarok and FFT had them.

It's not bad to put archers in the world. Physical long range attack, rite?

you'd think that either archery weapons would be available 4 the long arm, or that there was an additional class.... I've seen people with arrows strapped to their backs walking around in sign...

Maybe there were a lot of Archer Kill Stealers [Yes, "The World" has killstealers...Uhm, Chapter...2 or 1 I think, of UdeDen, Mireiya mentions something] so they removed the class? Knowing how the Crimson Knights and "The World" worked, I wouldn't doubt it.

all right....to clear this up she's a limited edtion "Were Wolf" female character model twin blade. Thats all Ouka is. If you see,she uses knux. Its the same kind of way that Sora uses katars in a way,an attachment to the fist. When she does kick though its probably a Were Wolf model ability like Balmung has the ability to slow down falls with his wings.

A...female character model of a twin blade? Eh...I dont see how that is possible,if she were a twin blade user..she would have "twin blade" weapons to use for fighting,not her own "fists". -_-; If you are a fighter or a mastered fighter,whether it be a boxer or kick boxer,you would use your fists,not some weapon to help you,because then you would not be labled as a boxer at all.
