OK, are the wandering AI's messed up ultimate AI's created by harald? Are they just leftover data? Please let me know!!! :)

I just believe they are left over data..but thats all I know from what I can recall from Mutation.Unless you mean the wandering A.I.,Moruti or some other [?],I wouldnt know anything on that bit.

They are left over data... AI characters that were design for the game or were used in the beta version of the world...Fragment. These characters were abandoned and only pieces of their character data remains intact, you'll find out more when you get to Net Slum.
Lycoris: What is the name of your spear?

Lycoris: It is a Spear of God.
Alberio: That's right.

Some are created by Harald, like the upside-down version of him, others are leftover data. The ones that are left over data are from both Player Characters and NPCs as well, but the AIs themselves don't know. If you want more information you should play Mutation.
