Update and server move

I've updated the board software to the latest version of phpBB, and have moved everything over to a spare server. This should fix a few bugs, as well as the slowness that we've had recently. ^_^ The board had grown large enough that our main server, which is more stable but older, was having trouble handling the database under load.
