stupid question of the month! falling
can they fall off any place? like in the background theres like a tiny jagged pathway that leads from somewhere. Im like what if your runnin and fall off? Can you? What if someone pushes you?

Hahaha.... Hey also, other types off falls- Does anyone else notice how odd it is... Whenever Mimiru calls "Hey Tsukasa!" and Tsukasa starts running, he falls over! I thinks it's really funny! I wish I had a gif of that... I think Bear could fall because it was oonce a pathway but fell from *under* him.
He's... ALIVE?
what episode was that? I'll make one for u
Poe was here.

There are two theories..
1. The World does allow as much movement and interactivity as reality does, as .hack//SIGN shows, and you can't do that in the .hack games simply because it'd be too much to program the actual game, as well as force them to come up with new ways to keep you from straying off from the game.
2. An older version of The World (in SIGN) did allow such realistic movement, but many revisions later, they've restricted movement more and more until we're back to where we gamers are. PK'ing was possible before (as Sora has shown repeatedly), but its no longer possible under the new version.
#1 is more plausible.. since #2 is kinda stupid (just imagine being able to jump before, but then have that natural right taken away).

I dunno about you, but if that were me, I'd be going, "WHEEEEE!!!" (Okay, so it wasn't exactly a situation where a crack could be made, and hearing Bear do that would be rather odd...)YashaOokami wrote:Hehe,yeah,now wasnt that a fun trip? x.x;

The place that they went that you speak of Duskino, isn't apart of The World but at the sametime it is. Its complicated to explain, but it doesn't obey the rules of The World. But as for the world itself in //Sign, I'd say its much like that of the games where you just run in place. This is still an early version of The World, unlike that of in //Dusk, where Shugo falls into the river in Mac Anu. But surely thats a more recent version of The World with more features like that sort.
>_>; Yeah, I know... But just because it's not exactly "part" of The World doesn't mean they can't fall down in one or the other : PThe place that they went that you speak of Duskino, isn't apart of The World but at the sametime it is. It only happens twice? That sucks. I love seeing him trip.YashaOokami wrote:Rofl,he does it twice through out the series,and I always crack up.
*Cracks up laughing* I really need to see that.where Shugo falls into the river in Mac Anu.

I love it too...When I saw Episode 19, at the end when Tsukasa was running towards Subaru, the camera zoomed out to show him running to her at a distance...I was like fall, fall, fall...That would've been hilarious.Duskino wrote:Whee!
