Face Icon HELP!

When ever I update a face icon for this form (weither from my own files or from the web) it comes up as a broken link! What am I doing wrong!?

Noble Grunty: 5
If you could attack gruntys, I would have slaughtered all Noble Grunty's from the planet!

Ever think it might be because of typos and/or lack of enough knowledge of the English language to make it work properly?

Those images are called avatars, if your uploading them from your computer, then here are the rules.
Its width can be no greater than 100 pixels, the height no greater than 100 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB.
And the file types that are allowed are jpg, gif, and pngs only!, no exceptions.

Hope this clears things for you, and if you linking to an offsite avatar, make sure they allow offsite linking.
