What happened to Helba in DUSK?

What happened to Helba in DUSK?

I'm surprised she's never mentioned in the Anime, though I never read the manga.. did she eventually get expelled from the game when the CC corporation started to crack down?

As for Helba being in the anime, well I too don't recall seeing her in it let alone her being mentioned.

In the anime of DUSK, we see her outline when they describe the .hackers, but never actually see her.

What are you talking about? That manga scan has nothing to do with the anime.

Manga = "comic" book.

Anime = TV series or OAV.

I'm curious as to what site that pic came from.

As for the anime, I've only watched up until the ninth or tenth pisode and as far as I can remember, no Helba. But you have to remember that the plot of the manga differs from the plot of the anime.

But as for "the truth," I really do wonder what CC Corp is up to.

It's from Tokyopop's manga preview of their translation of .hack//UdeDen. Since I'm too lazy to post any links, you'll find it in the topic labeled "Manga preview: Tokyopop's .hack//Legend of the Twilight."

Oh, I thought I'd mention. That picture is from a type of "commercial" or "demo" at the very beginning of the manga. The things that happen don't _exactly_ happen the way they're depicted there.

So technically, Shugo and Rena haven't met Helba as of the first two manga, but since she's in the "commercial" it's a likelihood she'll appear later.

:roll: here i go once again trying to educate you people on your anime knowledge....... well you all know (at least you think you know) that Dusk stopped at 13 episodes right? wrong! it actually stopped at 11 then became popular but not for too long .... so it was sadly only extended to 13.......... but a few months later (upon popular request) they took it to 27 episodes... (so far its only in japan) they are keeping it secret so far about wether to release it in america yet......

(and yes she is showed in a couple of the episodes)....
