i cant get the list of avatars to show up its just blank i dunt get it plz help

You have to find your own avatar and upload it yourself, this forum doesn't supply any

Thats because there are no avatars in the "Gallery", you have to provide yourself with your own avatar by searching the internet or making on yourself and uploading it from your computer.

Speaking of Avatars, how do you get a good looking avatar that is under 6 KB? To get mine to work I had to seriously reduce the quality of it...

I suggest using Adobe Photoshop and when saving goto "Save for Web" the qualities you get in their are best and save's files' size a lot, depending on what you select. If you don't have it then PM me or email the image to me and I'll do if for you.
