I have a Qustion for whoever wants to answer it. Is the Anime Of .Hack//Sign on dvd

if so how many dvds are there of it

I'm going to put this in point form.
-this is in the wrong section
-.hack//SIGN isn't the only .hack project story.
-there are 2 manga that I know of, & there are some novels...

Yep, there's .hack//SIGN's on DVD. There are six and I think there's three currently released in America. However, there isn't a manga for it... There IS one for .hack//Legend of the Twilight (Bracelet) that came out recently in America. It's a totally separate thing... But buy it anyway. :D

Just to prevent further confusion here, .hack//Legend of the Twilight is the US version of //Udeden, which was fansubbed //DUSK by... well... fansubbers. I don't know about any .hack//SIGN manga... Elk said there were 2 but I'm not sure if he's talking about //Udeden or //SIGN. There are 3 volumes of //Udeden total but only 2 had been released in Japan last time I checked.

The .hack series is meant to be multiplatform.

UdeDen is the manga series. THere is no SIGN series. THe SIGN series is on DVD. Look it up on Amazon, you should have no problems that way. Legend of the Twilight is the US name of the manga, as Xeno said, and you can find information on that on Tokyo Pop. The anime for the manga will likely be airing on Cartoon Network soon.
