What about them? I like both of them! All the grunties are supposed to be kind of strange, so why would they be different?

An insane Frenchman
A mutated freak with low self esteem
An iron plated monstronsity
A skeleton
A snake that is in the mafia
A sentient piece of water
A starlet...

Isn't there some special reason for all Puchigusos..? I mean.. they should all have their special abilities, like Chocobos in Final Fantasy 7.. or do they just change their looks & have all the same abilities?

Well they kind of do have some special abalties. They can:

Race them (for good prizes too ^^)
Trade with you
Run you around the feild
and mostlikley a couple other things

So there not completley usless.

They have the nifty search feature... the portal search and food search made my life SO much easier.

Maybe in the fourth game they'll give you a whip to make them grunties go faster. hehehe, I love mistreating digital animal freaks (just ask the poor animals and reptiles in Deus Ex, they're prolly still in a world of hurtin)

Those things are so cute! The little crab with the rice cake, the dragon puppy's, the little dogs... I hate it when I have to kill them!

Yeah, I know! ;; The only time I don't have any sympathy for them is when they don't gimme the stupid Virus Core I need...

But... they're so... HUGGABLE ;_;

And I hate it when one of my party members just come along and slice/zap it when I'm trying to observe the cuteness u.u
