btw i ask this cause she gave a the log on name to the old guy and gave him the user name of sieg so im confused and who would kyo and yuki chan be

and her boyfriend still in a coma is orca ?

and who is the nerdy guy with glasses thats always around mai

Nope. Not right at all... Mai is completely different from Kite.

But don't we see Sieg as one of the talking characters right at the beginning of //Infection right after Kite logs back in after meeting BlackRose? I coulda sworn one fo the characters' names there was Sieg...

The OVA's are about separate people, caught in the same story. Pretty much every show or game in the .hack series is separate people, but the same story all tied in together.

Mai knows Tomonari Kasumi, who is Sieg's player. Yes, you can see him in the game, but that point happens before the events in OVA 1 take place. It requires a bit of brainpower to figure out just what happens when. And even still, you can't always tell. .hack// likes to play with your minds. >:D

And yes, Orca is still in a coma. So is Kasumi/Sieg. As .hack// continues, many people will end up like this, it's part of the mystery. n.n

I believe when the game and ova's take place is when worst of the world is happening. Seeing like alomost every creature is infected and so many people are in coma's.

ok thx guys i tought mais boyfriend was orca cause he says "im pretty good at this if i do say so my self but im not as good as the decented of fianna" and isnt the decented of fianna balmung so thats why i tought he was orca

Well, he couldn't be Orca, because Kite calls him by his real name, Yasuhiko.

Obviously, Sieg's name is Tomonari. n.n

That's just a title they both picked up from the quest where Balmung got his wings. If I can recall correctly

Whoa i thought Balmung was the descent of fianna 0.o,I didnt know Orca was too.

I just got to the part where you talk to this 2 people (Bob or Linda), one of them says that they were both "Descendants of Fianna". Bulmug was "Something* of the Sky" and Orca was "Something* of the Sea".

(*Replace "something" with the real word. It started with an "A")
