Okey, so Bear supposedly wrote Annwyn, right?
Well, in the beginning of episode 23, the eve, there's an Annwyn manuscript with subtitles that read, ANNWYN, by Ryo Sakuma.

So Bear is really Ryo Sakuma, if he really did write Annwyn.

He's talking about their names in the real world, Vidar.

As for Kite, techincally, you, the player, are Kite. So, whatever your name is, is his name in the real world. Whoo.

As for the rest of the SIGN gang, I have no idea, and I don't belive that information was ever released.
