6th DVD To Have Limited Edition

I was at first dissappointed when Bandai announced vol. 6 but made no reference to a limited edition. As of now, however, animeondvd.com confirmed that there will be a special edition released on the same date that will cost only five dollars extra. But Bandai hasn't revealed what will be so special about it. Considering I missed the first volume's collector's box and that that same box now costs hundreds on E-bay, I'm hoping that Bandai will simply release a bare-bones art box as a follow-up to the release of the box for the soundtracks. It seems reasonable considering how sought after the original is.

Huh, the first LE DVD is really that special and hard to find? ^^; So far all my DVDs are LEs, and I managed to get the black box thing as well.

So, considering that you managed to attain yours with veritable ease, does that make my view of what volume 6 should have unsound?

Well, I don't see why volume 6 shouldn't have an LE counterpart. If anything, I really want the LE of all the DVDs. Though, I can't say so far it's been an easy task. But I don't quite understand what you mean... (big words confuse me XD; )

Terribly sorry. I simply feel that an art box is necessary to add a sense of completeness to the collection. And, in any event, I really can't see what else they could put out with volume six. All the soundtracks have already been released. What do you think it should have?

The extra episodes will come with the regular DVD then, right?

Oh okay, I see now.

I think the "artbox" is the Black Box with all the .hack goodies in it. I've tried fitting six DVDs in there, and they all fit. So basically, if you have the box, you have the artbox already.

As for the last DVD... They did release a Liminality soundtrack, so maybe they'll release the soundtrack for the games, or UdeDen? Or maybe even the single soundtrack, even though I can't say I want that too much. If not, then I wouldn't have a clue.

Don't worry, the extra episodes are still part of the regular edition.

I want all the LE Dvd sets. I have the first one, and I love the Mimiru pose on the T-shirt. Also... the.... the..... the little grunty! I love it! I want the soundtracks!

But I don't know what the new LE could be. The fifth one had a Soundtrack holder, so they must be running low on ideas...

Oh, that's why the box for the fifth DVD is so big? I haven't got it yet, but I'm saving up for it.

...i thought that a while ago it was determined that the 6th le was going to be a box for the games, and considering that the games will finish in January, and this comes out in March....yeah.....(But this is just a guess)

I don't know. Collecting the dvd's doesn't necessarily mean that you collect the games as well.

I have the pretty black box. More like 1/4 of it, actually. my siblings and I wanted it really bad, and were complaining about it being too expensive, and then I thought, "Well HOLY FARK, let's SPLIT THE COST." $15 each, yay.

I only have DVD 1 & 2.... u_u *feels discouraged at her SMAAAALLL .hack collection*
