Costume Change
Costume Change
Recently, the topics "Red Blue Subaru" and that... one that talks about Ginkan's eyes (sorry, can't remember which one) were posted, and I wasn't sure... When someone puts on armor, do they change in appearance?
Ya, I know that in Dusk, people start changing like crazy, but never in Sign or the games. So does that mean it's a recent update in The World, or is it just lazy producers?
And while we're talking about clothes, are the Crimson Knight uniforms a "start out playing the game like this" thing, a "join a special guild, get this nifty armor" thing, or... whatever?
And didn't Kamui say something about something involving the Crimson Knights not existing anymore...? Something? Not involving, Ginkan, that is? (Does that make any sense?) I could've sworn that they'd erased all their data, or something...
*cough* Yeah... I'll stop talking. >_>

Yeah, it was that all those new features in Dusk were added through updates, it has been over 4 years so of course updates were to happen.Nips wrote:Ya, I know that in Dusk, people start changing like crazy, but never in Sign or the games. Somewhat, I believe that CCC gave them those Blademaster appearance, but of course never official sanctioned them as representatives as CCC.Nips wrote:And while we're talking about clothes, are the Crimson Knight uniforms a "start out playing the game like this" thing, a "join a special guild, get this nifty armor" thing, or... whatever?
The Knights of War are a sanctioned organization by CCC unlike the Crimsom Knights who we're disbanded by Subaru in Sign. Just because they we're disbanded, doesn't mean they had to give up their character models, few still used them after they were disbanded and even talked to Subaru still and still followed Ginkan as in the convo with BT. But in Dusk, its safe to assume that all gave up their models but Ginkan.Nips wrote:And didn't Kamui say something about something involving the Crimson Knights not existing anymore...? Something? Erm...isn't this INCREDIBLY off topic...which means that the Peanut Butter Mod will attack? <_< >_>Lord~vega wrote:yup your right shadow...hey i have a ? did any one ever get the dvd colectors edtion of hack//sign
Anyway, yes, I for one have all of the LE editions so far.
Regarding the costume changes, I don't think that they're that pronounced in Sign...equipping different armor or weapons does the same thing as the games, which just makes the avatar look SLIGHTLY different...
I'm the missing Twilight item, Eggplant of the Twilight.
Very true... But when you say slightly, do you mean only the weapon?Eggplant of the Twillight wrote:Regarding the costume changes, I don't think that they're that pronounced in Sign...equipping different armor or weapons does the same thing as the games, which just makes the avatar look SLIGHTLY different...
So you're saying that the armor changes the entire appearance of the body part? Otherwise, that helmet would actually be a head...Robby-san wrote:I think that the Crimson Knights just decided to make that armor their uniform. in the first episode of DUSK, Sanjiro fishes up a CK helmet

Or maybe they all went onto a really super hard quest to get those helmets, as an initiation(sp?) thing. You know... finish the quest, get the Helmet, & you're strong enough to join.... That would make sense... ._.;;CRtwenty wrote:Ginkan actually does have a normal head underneath his helmet... he can take it off, I think that it was some kind of special data given to the CK's by CCorp.
I cast FAIL on those who mock my old signature.
Yes, I'll attack, but that's because statements like that will get you shot.Eggplant of the Twilight wrote: Erm...isn't this INCREDIBLY off topic...which means that the Peanut Butter Mod will attack? <_< >_>
