Where is the best online site to find .hack//sign movie clips?

Also, is there a character (main or secondary) in the series with a French ancestry?

I have no idea for clips, but there is a minor NPC named something like Alpha Incognarico in the game series that is French.

Well aside from the whole movie clip question, which may be against the rules, the other question really doesn't fit anywhere else. So I'd actually say that this board is the best place for it.
