Offering to help

It appears that this site is currently only a phpBB forum.

I'm offering to help in the construction of an actual website, as well as a number of other upgrades to this place to make it at least somewhat useful.

I'm sure this will probably get turned down, but I simply figured helping out another site would be easier/cheaper than starting from scratch.

Anyway, I can pretty much do anything on the site past the graphical layout (I can do graphic layouts, but they don't look that good). My skills include HTML 4.1 (Or XHTML if prefered) CSS, PHP interfacing and dynamic content (MySQL or CGI driven). I can link to sites I have done if you want references.

dude this has been said time and time before by mods, yeah sure the web isn't that popular(i mean website when i say web) but the more people who come to the website the more noobs who plague us with questions that basically lead to them not getting the game or the anime or the manga, if the mods wanted this board to be more popular im sure they'd make it different so it would be ^_^;;
