He's in Skeith's wand.

Yes, he got Data Drained by Skeith and was trapped in Skeith's wand. He did not become a part of Skeith.

Sora refused to attack Tsukasa, Subaru, Mimiru, and Aura in the last episode even though Morganna commanded him to. This resulted in Tsukasa and everybody escaping from Morganna's Domain. Sora very stupidly stuck around to taunt Morganna, and got pwned by Skeith's Data Drain.

As for how exactly he got in the staff, I believe this is explained in //ZERO.

Sora is in skeith wand thats weird i think that sora turn into skeith not get traped in his wand, like in the end as you can see morgana get mad because sora didnt help she. so the wand appear like when orca was data drained but is you cleary see skeith began to appear, and then sora in the real world fall. that all i dont really think that sora is in the wand, he is skeith.

No, Sora is trapped in the wand. In .hack//OUTBREAK there's an extra dungeon you can go to, where you release Sora from Skeith's wand. (which is running around on it's own BTW)

Lord Atanoon, please don't revive dead topics. Sora is indeed in the wand, as Skeith appeared before Sora became a wand....(I think). Also, in //QUARANTINE, Aura calls upon the comatose players to help out, and among them is Sora.
