No,its Mimika.Sorta like Mimiru's idol in a way.
I know Mimika and Gardenia look a like [too much if you ask me],but they are not one in the same person.

The little girl was Mimiru's old character, she apparently switched later to a more "grown up" avatar a few years later.

And that Long arm was Mimika, as stated above.

Some folks say that Mimika is later Mimiru's inspiration for the name of her heavyblade. (That is to say, "Mimiru.") Any basis for this besides them both having "Mimi" in their name?

I thought that her name had always been Mimiru. If so then that wouldn't be true. But she did say that she decided to devote herself to helping other players after meeting Mimika.
