Does he show up in the manga?

And does he know Hotaru IRL, or did they just meet in-game? [I think this event occured in the Anime, but I have limited sources.]

They meet in game.... & he isn't in the manga yet... He might show up in the last issue, but it is doubtful..

Sanjuro isn't in the manga. Only in the anime.

Kinda how Wiseman is only in the manga and not the anime.

The "Let's Meet Offline" special that's circulating (which, Sora tells me, is real) says that they do know each other. ^_^ There are some other rumors that it seems to confirm, as well - specifically, that Mireille is Mistral's daughter, and is in fact as young as the timeline would suggest.
