Difference between .hack games?

All the .hack games are part of a series. They are one continuous story. 'nuff said.

you play as kite but you get more people to add to your party and you get more weapons and armor and stuff

They should make a .hack game for the PS2 thats online that would be fun

but of corse I would go crazy and kill evry monster in sight

Maybe, maybe not.

Personally, I'd think 'not' if they didn't want to murder the story.

After a while, it's best to just exit stage right when you're on top, rather than grab what you can with the steady downfall of the series.
