Espressions and whatnot

How do they get expressions and realistic movements in .hack? All they have is a contrtoler with so many buttons. I don't understand!!

. The real players can actually talk and act in their headsets. As for physical action, they probably type it up or something.

They may even have emote generators, like in FFXI.

For example, if you type /wave, it will say, Firedraconian waves, and it will show your character waving.

I guess there's a corner in the view of the headset where you can see the keyboard and what you are typing.

There are those who can type without looking at the keyboard. I wouldn't have a problem with something like that.

Then there are those who have the systems (i forgot the name) that record what you say. That's probably why the headsets have a microphone on them.
