ungh.. when I looked at the trailor I started crying ;-;
Shugo sounds like he's supposed to talk in Ye Old English
Mierayu (sp) sounds like shes a gnome.
Rena sounds NOTHING like shugo (there ARE bro / sis afterall)
anyone else seen the actual series and wants to expand on this?

I have to agree the voices are way off of their personalitys. It does hurts like your being stabbed when you first hear them, but later you get use to them, but yes it hurts.

Its like hearing a 12 foot Troll speak in a tiny voice-You don't expect it coming. Remember this, cartoons are NEVER perfect.

Yeah, the only voices i liked were Ouka/Ohka's, Mirellie's (mainly due to the fact that it's Mistral's VA), and Aura.

...Is it as awful as the games... The chill down my spine I got when I heard Orca's voice... he's 14 & sounds like a chain smoker... augh.. *shudder*

heh nice to see ya alive and well elk, I havnt been on this board for SO long, (mainly cuz signs over) but anyway, its like bandi LOOKED FOR THE WORST VA's EVER and just said "hey, there low budget voices! Lets use those"

Well, it is the end of .hack. And seeing that there wern't many ads that I saw about the DVDs, Bandai most lokely hired anybody.
