GIFT

Post by Tsukaru »

Yes I finally got the fourth game, and thus just now saw .hack//GIFT. My question is simple, who were those strange characters (I dont believe I know their names) they kept saying that the area will be deleted or closed. (And of course I love the little one *sumi sumi*)

No, they were from the .hack radio show. I believe it was something like Midnight Nights, or something like that.

TheDudeWhoIsADude is right on this one- they're the two hosts of the .hack radio show called 'SumiSumi Night'. The little fairy character- how she was saying 'sumisumi!' is actually one of her 'trademarked' things in the show... like when he says 'uchikon!' ...which is the same on the guy's part.

That scene is involved mostly with jokes dealing with the radio show- Cyberconnect has mp3 recordings of the broadcasts on their site, if anyone's interested. Of course, they're only in Japanese, but still... if there's an interest in them still.

Yeah, GIFT is weird. It just seemed like it was insulting the story behind both the game and the show and also...

Huh?

Dang it! I'm ranting again.

Hm....

Now that I think about it I really don't know all that much about .hack//RADIO. I heard that it is heard on the net only.

Is this true?

If it is then I won't be able to hear it any time soon.

It's the radio show... -_-;;; You need to read the entire topic before posting.

I don't suppose there are any sites or any plans for the radio show to be translated into English, at least to read.

1) Doubtful.

2) This topic is old. Don't revive it.
