I stumbled across this game, it is just like the world but in mini forum! There are many English players (The game is Jap so you will just have to guess some stuff) http://cp.va-sa-ra.co.jp/~hack/html/login.html Once you get into the root town click on the Left button at the bottom of the screen and choose a character. Then click on yourself and where it says "user" Type your name. You can go to dungeons meet old characters and meet new friends.
[Edit:] If you dont want to be any of the main characters here are two sites for avatars. http://asitaneko.hp.infoseek.co.jp/index.html This one I think is the best because it has so many artists and choices to choose from, just click on the grey boxes and avatars will pop up.

And for all those who have the ??????? there is a code for it to make things easier and I have a list of really cool areas for you to go to.
The code is very simple for those who dont have japanese, now when you go to the Chaos Gate of course there will be a list of ??????? well those rows are numbered for example if you had:
???????? 1
????? 2
????? 3
if the code that you are going to is 1115 you would click the first row three times then the fith row once. Here are some cool areas to visit:
1115: Subaru's room; This area is mostly a hang out area, there is no prizes or anything, but you can meet up with friends to avoid busy areas.
211: The only dungeon field. Here you see some characters that you might know, such as Sora, Bear, ect. There is a chest in there and some of what I call port holes which bring you back to the very beginning of the dungeon so please watch out.
Those are the only ones worth really hanging out at, but you can explore, there are some rumors of a monster bieng at a field but you can check that out yourself. (I really dont know if its true or not) Also remember that some of the keywords do not work, so dont get mad at your computer.
Some more things to know:
1. Movement (on the screen)
Use your arrow keys, also if you do shift and an arrow key your character will run.
2. Chat
To chat just start typing and press enter and your message will go up.
3. Mail
To send mail to someone, all you have to do is either click the character and press the first button that comes up under their name. Then a box will appear and you just type and click the left button to send. If you recieve a mail, a box will appear in the upper left area of your window.
4.Status screen
A status screen will be displayed if the left click of itself is carried out. A status screen is displayed even if it pushes an Escape key. Various setup can be performed on a status screen.

The position of other users who are in the space which logs in now is expressed. The center of a radar becomes its present position.
