part 4 SPOILER!!

ok i just got part 4 and i just defeated that phase that blackrose calls a hammer head...........but before i ever got to him im like doin data drain whenever i need it and ive used it quite some time and im curiouse why i havnt recieved the next upgrade to my bracelet u know the heart one??? any ideas?
