Chrono
No. No news on Chrono Break since like... a year ago.
Whateve you might see on the web, the ONLY known information comes from the following trademark. (Click here)
As a strange sidenote, Square unsuccessfully tried to trademark the term Gummy Block (Refer to Kingdom Hearts, which Disney (not Square) owns the trademark on)
Interesting sidenotes on .hack trademarks:
Bandai has trademarked .hack//SIGN (Obviously), but it's interested to note that .hack//Liminality was NOT. Instead, the general term Liminality was (Click here). Interested that they'd try to trademark such a broad term, like how Microsoft has supposedly trademarked the general term Windows (but most people say they can't do that, as windows is a generic word).
Other interesting trademarks regarding .hack//SIGN itself...
Streaming of audio and/or video material on the internet relating to Japanese animation from a connection to the global computer network. (Interesting... So they own the rights to the term .hack//SIGN when related to webcasting?)
The general patent (Including such strange things as "planning, organization and execution of horse racing/bicycle racing/small size auto racing", "presentation of caves/gardens")
Games in general (Yes, yes, there's the .hack video games... But this trademark covers .hack//SIGN specifically)
Yes, Dot Hack/.hack/hack as a general term ahs been trademarked... But not for manga
There is no trademark for a .hack manga by any name at this time. Nor are there trademarks on .hack//Infection or any of the other game names

It's not a series in production. It's a single episode OVA that is... well... highly amusing. ^_____^ It was also made several years back. It's old, and no one's really subbed it. Enjoy the ep, Zippy. XD
