I don't know about any stores, but I know you can get them on ebay.

There's only the two gashapon figure sets. They're probably about 2 and a half inches tall, non posable figurines that were distributed through capsule machines in Japan. That's all there is for now, though.

I saw .hack figures at google image search. If you click on the web adress they give you, you'll get a shopping site which has figures from the video game and anime'. Not sure about .hack//dusk

i picked up a set of ones from an anime convention sakura con, i was going to cosplay as Tsukasa but never got the costume done in time.

i have the compleate first set, KITE black rose Gardania and elk

JOY! Hack figures.... Well.. thi may help you out.. even though there are on;y a few... I saw more at Sakuracon, but these are decent figures. You build them yourself. They're about 3 or 4 inches tall, & very cute. They come with one pose, but there are a few ways you can adjust them.
I have my Elk Capsule Figure right here. *pats it*
Oh, & you can take them apart & rebuild them. ^_^ Very much fun!
The other figures I saw were a Balumung, a Subaru, & a Tsukasa. Hopefully I can find another site with all of the figures listed. If I do, I'll post the link.
