SIGN characters' levels
At the end of the series, what do you think their levels were in terms of the game?
I think...
Tsukasa - lv 30-35
Subaru - lv 35-?
Mimiru - lv 40-50
Bear - lv 40-50
BT - lv 35-45
Ginkan - lv 60-70
Crim - lv 60-70
Sora - lv 70?
Well some suggests that Crim, Sora and Ginkan are in the same level range. Whereas Bear, Mimiru is around same level. BT was considered lower level then others, maybe except for Tsukasa and Subaru. Subaru... I don't know how powerful she is. We know she did get defeated in one epi, but that could mean that Kaho had particularly high level.

I think that's cutting it a bit too high. Well Orca is level 50 in the //Infection so I'm sure Balmung is somewhere up that alley and they were playing the game longer then the people in //Sign. I don't think Tsukasa is all that strong. My guess is maybe:
Tsukasa - lvl. 15-20
Subaru - lvl. 15 - 20
Mimiru - somewhere in the 30s
Bear - High 30s to high 40s?
BT - somewhere in the teens
Ginkan -High 30s
Crim - Around Bea's lvl
Sora - Around Bear's lvl
Tsukasa - lvl. 15-20
Subaru - lvl. 15 - 20
Mimiru - somewhere in the 30s
Bear - High 30s to high 40s?
BT - somewhere in the teens
Ginkan -High 30s
Crim - Around Bea's lvl
Sora - Around Bear's lvl
a couple of those are proven wrong, but it's a spoiler if I tell ya who and what level, so I think i'll use the new bbcode that's been added...
[spoiler]Krim: Max Level and Stats
Sora: Max Level and Stats
Both of these are mentioned in an episode toward the end of the series... Tsukasa's level is almost impossible to deterimine because there is no saying what morgana did to it... Subaru's level is more than likely fairly low because she doesn't fight...[/spoiler]

I agree with you on most of it. I did not consider Orca's level when I posted this. But I also agree with Sora that Crim, and Sora's level may have been slightely higher (maybe 40-ish).stupid kid wrote: Tsukasa - lvl. 15-20

He's got a point on that, too. Remember, mages tend to -suck- in combat. Tsukasa managed to hold his own in the fight against Ginny, so... He's at least high enough of a level to fend him off- mostly with speed rather than anything else. That brought my friend up to saying that Tsukasa's got to be a pretty high level, with that in mind.natsukaze wrote:I think Tsukasa was doing pretty well against Ginkan in the first ep... well until he got smacked against the wall ^_^;

agree
i agree with job_trunhilt on most of the levels but i think crim and sora are a bit higher than what he put because seeing how sora is a player killer and assuming that he killed many he might be somewhere in the 80 levels.
As for crim he might be a little stronger that sora seeing how crim was part of the crimson knights and one might have to assume on this matter that crim had to deal with many peope like sora.

One mystery begets the next and the doors of fate are opened.
I would have to disagree on that about Krim. I think he would be a high level, mainly because he likes to play, rather than just being one of the knights. That's not the important thing for him. He plays The World to get away from reality.
Honestly, I'd say that they're (Sora and Krim) around high 40 to 50.

No, actually. His role in the Crimson Knights has very little to do with it. It means that, yes, he's been around for a while and played a lot, and therefor he's likely strong enough to hold his own against most of the other characters. Enough that starting a moderation guild, of sorts, wouldn't just be foolish (ie, knights getting beat up all the time)
However, just because someone has played a game for a long time, that doesn't mean that their level is going to be exceptionally high. I have a feeling that once you hit level 40, leveling starts to get difficult in the sense that it takes FOREVER. Those who have gotten to level 60 are devoted players, but that's about the point where it's gonna get frustrating to level, and so they turn their attentions to other things. Roleplaying is one thing that's entertaining for people who don't want to just go around killing monsters mindlessly, or maybe helping out lower level players.
Sora likely hit that point and began PKing because it's more fun than trying to be a higher level. However, he also could have been PKing from long before that, as PKers who PK just to PK usually don't wait until they're higher level to do it.

Uhh... I really don't think Crim is a legendary character c_c He's just a normal player. If anything, Balmung is probably more high and mighty than Crim. He was just part of the Crimson Knights and quit, that's all. Crimson Knights are just normal players too, so... Your theory would be incorrect n.n;
Krim's not known as a legendary character. He's not as high level as Balmung, and at the beginning of Infection, Balmung and Orca are both around level 50.
He did the Crimson Knights because it's one of those 'It's a good idea.' However... eventually, he got tired of it, and so he decides to go about his own way. He plays the game because he likes that he doesn't need to have the same level of responsibility on the game that he must have in the real world.
They only talk about level 99 in episode 14 because they are speaking of what the max level is and what it means for someone to hit it.
