I can answer that,its mainly because,people who are new to the show and since the name is in Japanese.They type it out just as you pronounce it "sukasa",because you cant Really hear the "T" in his name,now do you?Same with Tetsusaiga from InuYasha,its not pronounced as "tet-su-sai-ga" its pronounce as "tet-sai-ga" you dont hear the sound "su",it is just slurred.Ah,hope that helps,if I'm wrong then damn,I need to relook my japanese langauge book again.
