Where to find j-pop music

I dont know if anyone has asked this before,but where do you find j-pop cds? For online I mean,or some type of catalog.I really really want to get my hands on some See-saw cds,especially that recent one "Dream field".
I hardly buy j-pop cds or j-rock ones,i tend to download the songs one by one,but having a cd wouldnt hurt though :/
