A little help please

Ok i have a very large lack of info on dot hack (meaning I've seen few epsodes and have access to even fewer) but I was wondering if ppl can help me out. I have a few questions I was wondering if you could help me out with.

1. How do you get stuck in a video game?
2. Is bear tuskasa farther?
3. Just how long has the hack series been on?
4. Any body got a good website I can go to, inorder to buy .hack//sign DVDs??

thanx, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience and stupidity that some of may find to be in this post. But i REALLY want to understand dot hack.

Besides the .hack series currently on the PS2, I don't believe there are any .hack video games. I've heard there is a TCC in Japan, but it hasn't been translated yet.
