Is Maha dead?

In one of the last episdes , you see maha saving tsukasa from the monsters , but the monsters get maha and maha dies. Is Maha dead or can he/she also revive? just wondering ^^

Hmm.. my english ist the best so you might have misunderstood me o__o. >> In the episode , when Tsukasa , Mimiru , Subaru and all the rest are trying to pass the 3 monsters (-->like tsukasa has on) Tsukasa says somethign like: This is not right , all the rest run and im goign to stop the monsters" or something LIKE that , so he goes stand before the 3 monsters. Then Maha appears and he/she shows him a ugly flower that he/she makes back healty. then the monsters attack Maha and maha faints. Is Maha dead or can she/he revive also?

[spoiler]Maha was Data Drained by the three Guardians. Her data is rewritten into the character Mia. Forgetting her past, she assumes she is a player and continues as such during the first two .hack games.[/spoiler]

MAI is not MIA!!!! And no, Maho/Maha does not die, because he/she didn't really live in the first place. [spoiler]His/her data get's re-written, and she turns into Mia (Not Mai!) She is also one of the phases, MIA THE TEMPTRESS i think.[/spoiler]
