Sora's last thoughts

This is actually two questions:

1) What do you think went on in Sora's mind once he couldn't move when Skeith's staff froze him and at the time he was actually being data drained?

2) What do you believe Sora's been thinking while inside Skeith? Unlike Tsukasa, Sora did not return to the game as a character, but rahter trapped in Skeith, so he must be thinking about something...

These are wonderful questions, actually!
I think, for #1, Sora probably had a clue of what was going on as he was being raised up. He seemed very intelligent on the happenings of what was going on thru SIGN, but he was probably suprised that he was the victim at the end. As for #2, I am not really sure. I am not sure if he 'is' actually thinking. Since he is in a coma at the time, he can't think, right? Or maybe his spirital self can think, but not his physical self.

#1 Sora was probably like: Oh no, my character is going to be killed.
#2 Sora is probably in a worried/excited state of mind. Also, in the first dothack dvd that came with the first game, when mia and that man (forgot name) revisist Delta Chosen Hopless Nothingness. The man falls in coma for a short time. When he is falling into the coma you see his fingers tapping violently at the buttons like he is in a hurry and excited.

1) Undoubtedly, a lot of words I don't think I'm allowed to type here. Not to mention the fact that Data Draining itself seems EXTREMELY painful...

2) *shrug* What do people think about when they're in comas? Nothingness? Oblivion? Or maybe it's like he's asleep, and he dreams.

Or, possibly, he can 'see' everything Skeith does. Rather like watching TV.

It's possible to sleep without dreaming. It's been a while since that's ever happened to me. I normally start dreaming shortly after falling asleep(dreaming during a 5 min nap). If it's really late at night, I start dreaming before I start sleeping.

Anyways...
Does anyone else think that having your soul digitized is pretty far fetched? I suppose getting jammed through an internet cabel is painful. But if you were multiplexed through a line, your conciousness wouldn't function the same way(until demuxed at the other end).

Sora may not be thinking anything at all, just being. Who's to say that he's represented in the staff the same way as outside the staff. Lol, does anyone have a pic of Sora in Picasso style?

1) Disbelief. Sora is assured of himself, and of the fact that The World is a game. There's a lack of understanding of the connection between PCs and the players themselves.. if he didn't know this, maybe he wouldn't PK people so much. He's not a bad person, he's just a little kid, so he doesn't think that PKing people in a game will really affect them, after all.. since it's just a game.

And then fear. Does he remember what happened to Tsukasa? Was he too cocky when dealing with this person? His moment of triumph and 'being cool' was suddenly shot down by this being with the power to lock someone in a game.. in a coma... The unknown. His assurance gone, no grounding, and nobody around to help him.

Confusion. What's going on, then? What's she doing to him?

2) And then the spiraling darkness as his mind is trapped within the game.. bound to the Phase, bound to Morganna.. possibly aware of what's going on around him, and yet unable to do anything about it. He is weak willed.. he cannot fight her power, and so he is trapped until Skeith is defeated, his mind freed, and at the same time, still trapped within the game? What is it like, to be a floating consciousness, bound to the remains of Skeith like cobwebs on a fallen leaf. Is he awake in the real world? Did he really wake up?

Did Sora wake up in the real world the moment Skeith was defeated? So who, then, is this consciousness that aided Kite and was able to be formed into an AI of the character he played?

Well done Sora, that was welly put. By understanding who Sora really is and what kind of person he wanted to be, thats what the best answer possible.

Actually, I really like this question. It's a fun thing to think about, and I do that a lot. What WERE they thinking? Hmm...

I think you summed up what Sora's last thoughts as he was being bound to Skeith, Sora. Yes you do RP as him and know the char well but now for my two GP. Still you do got to wonder about what happened after Skieth was defeated? Who knows for sure or if we will ever find out X.x

"Crap".

Assuming he's conscious in the game, he's probable wondering what happened, where he is, how to get out, why he can't just log out, etc.
