Does Yata & Wiseman have the same voice? or are they just very similar?

I also heard they were the same people, in um the story.

Actually, I heard that there was a yata-wiseman connection too...I think this needs a spoiler tab...oh god, what have I done...

It doesn't need a spoiler tag because it's only a theory and not actually aplot point as of yet.

Whew! saved by the Elk!...sorry, well one thing is that they that voice alot (yata's) i.e: sanjuro (anime), wiseman, yata, and (i think) taihaku and antares...

Just clearin' this up, Yata was indeed Wiseman in the previous games.
