...the voice of Kaochin and Tsukasa are the same actor in the english version.
Is this true of the Japanese dialogue as well?

If I'm correct, Kaochin was the Subaru-imposter. I think it was just a coincidence, however.

It it not uncommon for studios to use VAs in multiple roles in the same show (or game). It saves money.

Nevermind... Looked it up on Wikipedia... Thats her allright... Good voice actress... Voiced my alternate Namesake Mithos in Tales of Symphonia...
