As I said before, Pratice does not make perfect. Practice makes pretty darn good.
I have to agree with Xhacker on his comment. If you practice on making your picture looking just like another, then in the end, all you have is a copy. My art isn't that good(those who have seen it say differently, though), but thats because I don't try copying other peoples work; I practice in my own style. So for me, the phrase is more like: "Practice your style to make it perfect." As long as its perfect in my own eyes, that's good enough for me. I don't think my art is perfect, so thats why I keep trying to refine it. So in a sense, practice does make perfect, but only in your own eyes.

You got it kboy? PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.... and practice... ^_^

That's pretty much it... If you need help, check out other people's artworks...
