Question for costume design

I was wondering, since I wanted to be either be Elk, or Tsukasa for Halloween, but I have no idea where to get a costume design, or somewhere to buy a costume since Google hasn't been working for me for the last couple days. If anyone could help, I'd be greatly appreciated. ^_^

www.cosplay.com has that kinda stuff. I havent looked myself, yet, but im sure they have some .hack costumes.
