He looks very stoned. ._.;; I don't mean to be rude, just honest.
As an artist, I think you should put a lot of practice into drawing him, before doing something serious with him. Adding detail, & spending a lot of time & effort on pictures are good too. Minus 2 points for taking a pic of it.
It's good for a beginner, but not.. erm... awsome. >_>;;
