Woah, really nice wallpapers...

I've been wondering... is there a program that makes those 3D-ish looking backgrounds? Or do you use per say, PS6/7 or something else?

Duskino: There are some very nice ones at boyis.com. I don't know how people make their own, but they let you edit and use the ones there.

I couldn't view the wallpapers... =/ It's probably just my computer though. I'll try later.

Minka: No, actually its my host. I have a really good image host that a friend of my runs. But unfortunately he only allows 75kb uploads...so I'm stuck with my old crappy host for the big stuff. Just try again later. If all else fails...copy and paste.

Duskino: Well, I did all that from scratch using Adobe PhotoDeluxe and The GIMP... There were about 10 different layers in the //LOTT one and about 12 in the //SIGN one. Btw, I hand drew shugo and scanned it myself... it took about 2 days to color it in and stuff.

The Dude: Yes I'm back! No I still haven't beat //QUARANTINE... sue me.

You hand-drew that,Xeno!? It looks wayyy too professional to be hand-drawn and scanned. But then again, I haven't seen any of you other artwork so...loooks can be decieving.

Yeah, I drew that a couple months ago and scanned it... and there it sat, until I came across it again the a couple weeks ago. I basically copied (not traced, but copied) the drawing from the back of //LOTT vol. 2, so it wasn't that hard. I've been working with PhotoDeluxe for about 5 or 6 years now. Some people say that its outdated but I can do some pretty hardcore stuff with it. I'm thinking about opening up my own anime wallpaper website. I'd also love to write manga, in fact... I'm in the earlier stages of writing and illustrating my own manga for the "Rising Stars of manga" competition. I do it as a hobby, when I get bored and stuff... and thats the only thing that holds me back.

If you mean scan, yeah, it's possible. With some heavy duty editing, you can turn a manga image into a CG.
