This November, a new game and inforamtion site will hit the web like a jack-hammer up a rhino's rectum.

.HACK//Fragments
This is the newest online text-based RPG personifying the .HACK// saga!!

Become your own hero, a per-using magician, a heavy hitting fighter, a conniving theif, or a vicious assasin.

Its all up to you in how you play this game, it is in fact your own fantasy.

FEATURES

Extremely complex game format, no roll of dice and no slow admin operated scenarios.

Thorough in game construciton.

Multiple of character types.

Advanced sub-class categories.

Better and more thought out special events.

Leveling-Up system based on records upkeep.

As you level-up, you will get special permission into bigger and far more entertaining servers.

By the way, aren't you on websites' like Aura's Awakening, TheWorld BBS, or .HACK//Access?!?!

..You know... Opening it on Thanksgiving isn't the best idea...Everyone will be offline eating and talking with their families, right? Except for me, I'll probally be online.. Maybe playing RO..*hides in the corner*

perhaps so, but its the only time that me and my entire staff have in finishing the job. besides, about a good four or five of them will not be joining the forum and I will have to make their IDs' null and void.

The official staff right now number up to 7. The total number is about 10. 1 of whom is a programmer, that seems hard to reach and get a hold of time to time. The other 2 are web designers, also hard to reach, but 1 I know for sure, because he happens to be one of my former co-workers at Fry's Electronics.

Thats pretty much how it will work.

In this web forum, I'm head admin, Lios, and my little brother is CC Corporation, orpheus is my cousin, Linkshot my good friend from UC Santa Cruz, and finally, my other littler cousins Casius and Lucius. And I've just recently picked up some other dude on the net, but he hasn't registered or notified me his user ID so I can alter the user access status for him.

Sory if I make myself sound dumb but I have never heard of a forum game. I may have played them without knowing. Could you fill me in a 'lil , and if not I guess I could do some research..

Umm, Acutally I have not. Has anyone ever played Runescape? If it is anyhitng like that type of game I'll definitley give it a try but if its one of those refresh the page to go on with the battle type things I probably won't play too much for the fact my computer is slow.

It's text based ^^; meaning, you type everything, like a story.

For example, let's say (for argument's sake) that you're Kite, and somebody else is BlackRose; "Kite did such-and such, and said 'Such-and-such' to BlackRose." Then the person who is BlackRose responds.

Often you have to do a -lot- of reading, depending on how active it is. May sound boring, but actually, text based RPs can be fun.
