During the events of the series, BT met Crim in real life for the first time. Though, after a while, Crim told BT that he'd rather keep whatever relations they have inside the game and only the game. BT actually began to like Crim up until he told her that ^^;
Well, the book does exist IRL, as I discovered after googling, and it's a mystery novel that really goes into the psyche of the main characters. It starts off at the end and slowly makes it way to the beginning, and you figure out what's up with the main character. I don't know much, as the link I did find was craptastic.
