how can you beat the last boss on hack 1 infection

By organizing your party efficiently. You do the attacking, bring in your strongest player, and then any Wavemaster perferablly high stats with healing spells. Make your wavemaster set to heal party whereas you and your strongest ally fight Skeith.

Also use spell to aide you such as HP/SP regain, Str/Def up, anything as soon as the battle starts.
