Yuki Kajiura

So is Yuki Kajiura Japanese and just knows English really well, or is she Japanese and American? If she's purely Japanese....then wow....she speaks the best-English-ever.

Yuki Kajiura doesn't sing, you realize ^^; She only composes the songs she creates. Others sing for her.

She has grown up in countries other than Japan, too, so English is not the only language she knows (Italian is another one). If you actually listen to her speak, she has an accent just like any normal Japanese person.
