Clearly you haven't read the manga.. She wears really skimpy clothing.. like bikini thongs & small tops.
She'd be more likely to wear a skimpy bathing suit.

Let me rephrase it.

It doesn't seem her style to wear non-traditional/ancient style clothing. Like, a nylon bikini.

In the manga, the characters change clothes all the time ~_~

In the anime, they're all seen wearing Bathing Suits in one episode. In the manga (and the Anime, I think), they're all wearing Kimonos during the Tanabatamasoemthing event. Those apparently aren't "ancient style" clothes, but they are worn in the game.
