I think it's pretty obvious that Kite is the Twilight Dragon... anyway the characters in the epitaph apparently are...

The Shadowed Girl
The Shadowed Boy
The Half-Spirit
The Twilight Dragon
Helba Queen of the Darkness
Kiro no Bito (Bith the Black) Helba's top General
Apeiron King of the Light
The Cursed Wave (+ Phases)

Helba, Apeiron, Kiro no Bito and the Cursed Wave are obvious, they're Helba, Lios, Kiro no Bito, and Morganna respectively, but the others are slightly harder.

I like to think that Aura is the Shadowed Girl, and Kite is the Twilight Dragon, as for the Spirit and the Boy. I have no idea... I don't know if they have counterparts in the game.

Cubia is mentioned in the Epitaph as well, IIRC. Didn't Wiseman call it "the Hidden One?" Or am I thinking of something else?

Alright. In Liminality 3, Kyoko says that the Epitaph talks about 3 beings who cast shadows that search for the Twilight Dragon. One human and two half-sprites. They are trying to find the Dragon so it can stop the Cursed Wave, which has driven a race of sprites that do not cast shadows to the brink of extinction.

The Twilight Dragon and those in its grace are apparently the only things that can truly fight the Wave. So Kite has to be the Dragon. The race of sprites that the Wave is annihilating... could they stand for The World that is being damaged by Morganna? If so, then the two half-sprites in the Epitaph probably stand for entities that are half-human and half-computer, like AIs. Aura must be one of these, and she's most likely the Shadowed Girl. The other half-sprite and the human would represent people who helped Aura in her quest to give Kite the bracelet. Tsukasa could be one, and I'm not sure who the other could be.

I've rambled enough for tonight, so I'll stop here.

The one who helped Aura to give Kite the Bracelet..... If you take Tsukasa as one, then Kaaru must be considered as one, too. She helped Aura in quite some ways.

Macha = Macha in the Epitaph, all of the Phases were taken directly out of it...

Kaaru is a character in ZERO, right? What did she do to help Aura?
