Cosplay!!!

Hi everyone!! I am asking for some help on cosplay costumes, my male friend and I are playing to attend the Adelaide Anime Convention next July (Adelaide is the capital of South Australia). I am planning to go as Elk, and my friend is deciding between Krim or Rurouni Kenshin. Can anyone give me ideas on how make a Elk costume (staff and all), as well as a Crim costume - just in case.

Sorry Elk ... I do get impaitent and my friend has been nagging me ... I'll take your advice though

Please do! Either this or next year, I plan on making
a wavemaster costume based off my fan-fic for Anime Boston.
I want to hear what you do and stuff for your costume!
